BellaNOR Boutique ships only within the continental United States. Orders are shipped 2-3 business days after payment clears. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with package tracking information.
Due to the coronavirus, you may experience extended wait times as USPS is our primary carrier. As we process orders with both timeliness and safety in mind, please allow 7-10 days for shipping.
BellaNOR Boutique assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or missing packages. For any questions concerning missing packages, please contact your local post office.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount, so should you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days following delivery to return your purchase. All returns are processed as store credit as we do not issue refunds or exchanges.
To initiate a return, contact bnorboutique@gmail.com with your order information. Following approval you will receive an email with how to return your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Store credit is good for six months.
Please not that Sale items (those that are permanently marked down) are not eligible for return.
If you purchase an item at a discounted rate (using a code or otherwise) and then return the item, the discount cannot be used/ transferred to your next purchase.
