BellaNOR Boutique ships only within the continental United States. Orders are shipped 2-3 days after payment clears using USPS Priority Shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with package tracking information.
BellaNOR Boutique assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or missing packages.

Exchanges & Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days following delivery for store credit or an item exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition sent- unused, unworn and with original tags and packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return.
Customer assumes responsibility for costs of return shipment so it is suggested that return is sent with trackable, insured service. BellaNOR Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Once your return is received, you will receive an email. After it is processed, you will receive an email with credit or exchange information. Store credit is good for six months.
