Where do you ship and how long does it take?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped 2-3 days after payment clears using USPS Priority Shipping. Orders over $75 enjoy free USPS Priority shipping. Please email shipping questions to bnornboutique@gmail.com


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with package tracking information. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to generate.


Can I edit an address on my order after it's shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. The USPS Package Intercept service allows a domestic shipment that hasn't been delivered or released for delivery to be held at a Post Office, as a Hold For Pickup, or sent to a different domestic address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days following delivery for store credit or an item exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition sent- unused, unworn and with original tags and packaging.  Please Note: Sale items are not eligible for return.


Customer assumes responsibility for costs of return shipment, so it is suggested that the return is sent with trackable, insured service. BellaNOR Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Once your return is received, you will receive an email. After it is processed, you will receive an email with credit or exchange information. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Store credit is good for six months.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.




How do I determine my size?

Please note that sizing varies between our items, however general size measurements are provide in inches on the Sizing page. Additional style and fit details are included in the product details/descriptions sections on each product page.
